Reiki for Self-Healing (Level I) |
Requirement: A willingness to learn. Class Length: 2 hours. Cost: $100 per student. Reiki is the Japanese art of Energy Healing as first taught by Dr. Mikao Usui, and the techniques are so simple, they can be learned by almost anyone. Reiki is the perfect healing art because it requires no tools, drugs, or belief in any particular religion or spiritual path - although Reiki practice is permitted by most religions. This class teaches you Reiki history, the first Reiki symbol, the "Gassho" meditation, and how to effectively use Reiki energy to promote healing in yourself, or your immediate family members. Students will receive a Usui Reiki "Level I Certification" Certificate, and appropriate Attunement, upon completion. |

Reiki for Healing Others (Level II) |
Requirement: Reiki Level I and approval of instructor. Class Length: 2 hours. Cost: $150 per student. This class builds upon the foundation begun in the previous class, and is for the Reiki student or practicioner who desires to take their healing skills to the next level. You will be taught "Reiji-Ho" and other "distance" Reiki healing methods, as well as additional symbols and techniques not taught in the Level I class. Students will receive a Usui Reiki "Level II Certification" Certificate, and appropriate Attunement, upon completion. |
| Reiki for Bodywork Professionals |
Requirement: Certification in Massage Therapy (or other healing modality) and approval of instructor. Class Length: 2-3 hours. Cost: $150 per student. This class covers everything in the Level I Reiki class, and adds specific techniques available only to certified health professionals like doctors, nurses, chiropractors, and licensed massage therapists. Consider adding this important healing modality to your current practice. Students will receive a Usui Reiki "Level I Certification" Certificate, and appropriate Attunement, upon completion. |
| Reiki Master-Teacher Certification |
Requirement: Reiki Level I & II and approval of instructor. Class Length: 2-3 hours. Cost: $300 per student. This class includes a full review of the previous Reiki classes, inclusion of advanced Reiki techniques, and culminates in a full attunement to the Master Level of Reiki. Only Master Level Reiki practicioners may teach, and pass Attunements down to others. Students will receive a Usui Reiki "Level III (Master-Teacher) Certification" Certificate upon completion. |
| Massage for Partners |
Requirement: A willingness to learn, with a friend. Class Length: 2-3 hours. Cost: $150 per couple. Touch is perhaps the most important mode of communication, and all too often, it is the one most misunderstood and under-utilized by today's committed couple. Students will learn safety issues, some basic anatomy, and massage techniques appropriate for relaxation and simple therapeutic issues like relief of muscle strain and tightness. Featuring plenty of personal "hands on" guidance from the instructor, this may be the most important (and fun!) class you will ever take. |

Requirement: A willingness to learn. Class Length: 2-3 hours. Cost: $100 per individual student or $150 per couple. Geared primarily to appeal to Senior citizens and their special needs, this class is also appropriate for anyone seeking to improve their own overall health and flexibility, as well as that of someone in their care. Students will learn safety issues, basic anatomy, and massage techniques appropriate for relaxation, flexibility and simple therapeutic issues like relief of muscle strain and tightness.
